In the heart of nature, on a sun-drenched plateau at an altitude of 1150 m, Karl and Béatrice welcome you to their Clos de Lumière guest house.
It's the starting point for numerous hikes, and winter sports resorts are within easy reach.
Just 5km from the village of La Roche des Arnauds and 10km from Gap, you can enjoy the pedestrian zone, the market with its local producers, entertainment and cultural activities such as the theater, the new ice rink...
It's located at the end of a small dead-end road, so there's no traffic: perfect for children (and grown-ups too!), so peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Surrounded by a large garden with terrace equipped with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... inside, the gîte has a wood-burning stove, essential for warm winter evenings, and very comfortable underfloor heating!
It comprises :
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, one with a small balcony
- Kitchen opening onto large living room
- Bathroom with shower and 2 basins
- Separate toilet
- Bike room
The gîte is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Hi-Fi, TV, DVD player, raclette machine, etc., as well as WI-FI Internet access and private parking.
