The gîte, a village house located in a hamlet close to Veynes and its amenities, is typical of the Buëch valley.
Entrance is via a 10m2 veranda, leading to a vaulted living room with dining area, sofa-bed and small bookcase. Semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, gas and electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, etc. Also on the first floor, laundry room with sink, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs, a bright 14m2 lounge with large cupboards, including a fixed sofa and two individual armchairs, satellite TV and a desk. The lounge opens onto a balcony terrace with views of the Dévoluy mountain range.
One 10 m2 bedroom with 160 cm bed, chest of drawers and heater.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
This gîte is not suitable for young children (no barrier at top of stairs).

Parking in front of the house.
